Did you get shortlisted for the public service job?
Did you freeze when they asked for a real example?
Did the written selection criteria look fine, and then you could not name the week?
That’s the pain
This happens a lot in public service jobs and government jobs. The statement got you shortlisted. At the interview the panel asked for a real example that matches what you wrote. You listed tasks and claims. They want a STAR-style week they can mark. You freeze because the page was not proof.
Not APS-ready wording. Not a tidy claim. The panel still cannot hear a week you actually lived.
A score will not fix it
A free ATS score will not write selection criteria. It will not turn a claim into an example you can say in the room.
If you want the score, use the free ATS score.
How we fix it
Send the ad, the statement, and what they asked. We write the example that matches the claim. AI can list duties. A human desk writes the week you can actually say.
That is human work. If you want a person on it, see pricing for the writing. The selection criteria page is that work.
