Did you train the new starters on site?
Does the mining résumé still make you look junior?
Did you walk them through the plant, and page one still reads like you are the new one?
That’s the pain
This happens a lot on Australian mining, FIFO, plant, and trades files. You trained the new starters. You showed them the plant, the isolations, the safe way around the gear. That is competent work. The Australian mining résumé still writes it like you were the buddy, the helper, the junior on the crew. A site recruiter sees someone still learning, not the person who brought the next one up to speed.
Not the tickets. Not the title. The file still makes the teaching look like you are the new starter.
A score will not fix it
A free ATS score will not lift trainer work off a junior duty list. It will not write a specialised mining résumé for FIFO, plant, or trades.
If you want the score, use the free ATS score.
How we fix it
Send the résumé and the job you want. We write the training as the work you held, not as a junior buddy line. AI can list tickets. A human desk puts the site training at the right level.
That is human résumé writing, not a tidy score. If you want a person on it, see pricing if you want it written. The résumé writing page is that work.
