The ad wants two pages. Is yours still six?
Every ticket. Every site. Every labour-hire stint. Did they bounce at page one?
Did the panel skim the first page and never see the plant?
That’s the pain
This happens a lot on Australian mining, FIFO, plant, and trades files. You dump every ticket, every site, every labour-hire name. The ad asked for about two pages. Yours is five or six. They skim page one and bounce.
Not your tickets. Not the work. The file is too long for the skim.
A score will not fix it
A free ATS score will not cut a FIFO dump into a panel-ready two-pager. It will not write a specialised mining résumé for FIFO, plant, or trades.
If you want the score, use the free ATS score.
How we fix it
Send the résumé and the ad. We cut to what the panel actually reads. The tickets and sites that belong stay. The roster dump goes. Page 1 has to show the work.
That is human résumé writing, not a tidy score. If you want a person on it, see pricing if you want it written. The résumé writing page is that work.
