Did you lead the toolbox talk?
Does the mining résumé still read like you only attended?
Did you run the pre-start, and page one still says participated in safety meetings?
That’s the pain
This happens a lot on Australian mining, FIFO, plant, and trades files. You led the toolbox. You ran the pre-start. You named the hazards, the permits, the task split, the stop-work call. The résumé still lists tickets, attendance, or participated in safety meetings. A site recruiter never sees that you led the room.
Not the tickets. Not the attendance line. The file still hides the briefing you ran.
A score will not fix it
A free ATS score will not put the toolbox lead on page 1. It will not write a specialised mining résumé for FIFO, plant, or trades.
If you want the score, use the free ATS score.
How we fix it
Send the résumé and the job you want. We write the briefing you actually led. AI can list tickets. A human desk puts the toolbox lead on the page.
That is human résumé writing, not a tidy score. If you want a person on it, see pricing if you want it written. The résumé writing page is that work.
