You want the company role. The FIFO résumé still looks like labour hire.
Been on the same site for years, and the résumé is still just labour hire names?
Company job open, and they think you’re the next person off the bus?
The plant already knows you. Does the page?
That’s the pain
Not your tickets. Not FIFO. The first page does not show the work.
A score will not fix it
A free ATS score does not know three labour hire names were the same plant. It will not put the site first. It will not write a specialised mining résumé for FIFO, plant, or trades.
If you want the score, use the free ATS score.
How we fix it
Send the résumé and the job you want. We write the site and the work on page 1. Labour hire stays as how you got paid, not as the whole story. A recruiter should see you in one look.
That is human résumé writing, not a tidy score. If you want a person on it, see pricing if you want it written. The résumé writing page is that work.
