Did you mentor the new starters on site?
Does the mining résumé still hide it?
Did you buddy-check the new operator, and page one still only lists tickets?
That’s the pain
This happens a lot on Australian mining, FIFO, plant, and trades files. You trained the new starters. You walked them through the plant. You signed the buddy check. The résumé still only lists tickets and the operator title. A site recruiter never sees the teaching.
Not the tickets. Not the title. The file still hides the person you brought up to speed.
A score will not fix it
A free ATS score will not put site mentoring on page 1. It will not write a specialised mining résumé for FIFO, plant, or trades.
If you want the score, use the free ATS score.
How we fix it
Send the résumé and the job you want. We write the teaching you actually did. AI can list tickets. A human desk puts the real site mentoring on the page.
That is human résumé writing, not a tidy score. If you want a person on it, see pricing if you want it written. The résumé writing page is that work.
